Tidy Towns Cake
I was delighted to be asked to make a cake for a prize at our local Tidy Towns' fund-raiser. I decided to recreate the beautiful planters situated in our village. Inside, the cake is four layers of vanilla sponge, filled with Biscoff buttercream. All decorations are edible.
