I love baking and creating something special for all my customers. I went into baking full time when I retired in 2023. Since then, I've been kept busy supplying customers with cakes that not only taste great, but are very different to what you can get anywhere else. I'm registered with the Environmental Health office as a home baker and have completed HACCP level 2 training.
When ordering a cake you can choose the perfect combination for the occasion. Favourites include vanilla or chocolate sponge, red velvet cake, funfetti, rainbow, coffee, lemon or chocolate biscuit cake. For the filling, there are so many options for buttercream flavours - vanilla, chocolate, white chocolate, caramel, chocolate fudge, strawberry, raspberry, lemon, peanut butter, Nutella, Kinder, Crunchie, Biscoff, coffee and Oreo to name a few. If you want something a little more decadent, why not try Swiss meringue buttercream or the ultimate chocolate filling - ganache! I always use real chocolate in my fillings and 100% butter [no shortening!]. Pricing is based on size, design, type of sponge/filling. Prices are available on receipt of an enquiry for a cake.
