This is a cake in a different style for me. I'm more used to making 3d models than this cake which is more of a 2d representation of a beloved VW Camper Van. The cake itself is a shallow chocolate biscuit cake carved to shape before adding the fondant layers to build up the look of the original van. It was a very interesting project! Happy birthday to Denis, the proud owner of the van.
