Snowflake Wedding Cake
This was a 3 tiered wedding cake covered with fondant and decorated with glittering snowflakes and, of course, a Snowman and his bride on top. Everything was handmade by me. The bottom layer was a 10" luxury chocolate biscuit cake, the middle cake was a 4 layer 8" chocolate sponge filled with real chocolate buttercream and the top part was 4 layers of 6" vanilla sponge with white chocolate buttercream.
