I was asked to design and make a cake to mark the 35th anniversary of Printcom, a company that has been supplying quality printed items to Dublin and beyond. The cake features two vans, one from 1990 and the other from 2025, both showing the company's logos from the two time periods. In addition, the cake features some of their customers' logos. Bronwyn, who ordered the cake, was very keen that the cake feature the beloved car of company founder, Diamuid, plus the initials of all the people who currently work for Printcom. Inside there is a 3 layer 10" red velvet cake with vanilla buttercream. Congratulations, Printcom, and here's to the next 35 years!!!
