This is a photo wrap cake and its the first one I've made. The cake is wrapped with a collage of edible images of recipient Mark and the important people in his life. In addition, there are words to describe Mark. The images were edited to create a monochrome theme for the cake and the effect is great. Topped with a few stars, what could be better? Inside there is a 6 layer 6" red velvet sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and a coating of white chocolate ganache for stability. Happy birthday, Mark!
