Pastel Flower Confirmation Cake
Most of my customers know that I'm a lover of strong, vibrant colours and I believe in a "more is more" philosophy so it may come as a surprise that I just adore this pretty confirmation cake that I made for Emer, who recently made her confirmation. It features delicate flowers in muted shades of pink, purple, blue and green off-set against a pale cream background. Inside there are 5 layers of 6" vanilla sponge with jam and vanilla buttercream filling. Congratulations, Emer!
