Nurse's Cake
When mum Angelina contacted me for a cake for her daughter's 21st birthday, she wanted one of my signature cakes which truly capture the life of the person receiving the cake. Angelina described Katie's life and it made a great cake. You can see student nurse, Katie, sitting eating her favourite cereal, Weetos, with her water flask, a stack of Weetos boxes, her mobile phone and Panda who travels to Dublin with Katie each week. Inside there is a 3 layer 8" red velvet sponge with vanilla buttercream filling. The scene on top is on its own board so it can be removed and kept as a memento of the celebrations.
