I just love making fondant models to go on a cake and using edible images to bring them to life. This cake celebrates a couple who turned 60 and who have different artistic talents - painting and traditional music. The cake features Betty's accordion, tin whistle plus some of her favourite tunes and Pat's paints, brushes and one of his very own pieces on the easel. As Pat is also a painter and decorator by trade, there are also a couple of tins of paint and brushes - oh, and a few drips here and there!
