Mountaineering Cake
A few weeks ago I made a cake ordered by Mark for his wife and sister's birthdays. This time, Mark is the one celebrating a special birthday and he's making the event by climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and this is the theme for his cake. Inside there are 4 layers of chocolate orange sponge filled with milk chocolate ganache. The decorations are all handmade. Happy birthday, Mark!
