This was my second first birthday cake of the week and it's a very different theme, this time Monster Trucks! The cake itself is chocolate sponge with a milk chocolate ganache filling, covered in fondant. The decorations are all hand made and the "hill" the truck is climbing is made from cake crumbs so everything is edible! Happy birthday, Conor!
