Meadow Cake
When Gráinne turned 30, her mum ordered a cake featuring her daughter's favourite pastime - hiking with her beloved dog, Roo. The scene shows Roo sitting on a picnic blanket surrounded by some hiking essentials, including a miniature roll for lunch! The cake itself is 3 layers of 10" vanilla sponge with a creamy vanilla buttercream filling.
