Matthew's Cake
I've made no secret of the fact that I LOVE making my signature cakes. These are cakes which reflect the life of the recipient, no matter their age. This cake was for Matthew, who turned 18 recently. His mum, Angelina, ordered a similar cake for his sister, Katie, a few weeks ago so she knew the score - she sent me a list of interests and left the rest to me! Here's the result. Inside there's a 3 layer 8" red velvet sponge with vanilla buttercream filling. Happy birthday, Matthew!
