Line Dancing Cake
Amidst the communion and confirmation season, I was delighted to be asked to make this cake for Helen who was celebrating her 60th birthday with the girls. The 6" chocolate biscuit cake is decorated with hand made models which show Helen's interests - her job in TUS , Athlone, line dancing, Dermot Kennedy and her favourite song, Outgrown. Happy birthday Helen!
