Latch-hook Cake
This cake was designed for a special lady turning 50. She loves latch-hook crafting and Coronation Street, so her cake features a fondant latch-hook cushion, hook, threads and mat. The RTE guide has a special message for Sandra from the cast of her favourite soap. The cake itself is a 10" vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam.
