This cake was designed for Laoise, who turned 21 recently. Her mum, Brenda, gave me a list of all the things that Laoise likes and I put them together to make this cake. There are bracelets, necklaces, earrings, a figure-hugging dress, a cocktail,a text book on Speech and Language therapy and a painter's palette! Happy birthday, Laoise!
