Breda always has great ideas for her children's cakes and this cake for Cíarán was no exception! He is a student at UL studying coding and all things IT related so this cake shows Cíarán sitting at his desk wearing a UL sweatshirt and scarf, reading his course handbook with his three computer screens showing some coding, his favourite online game and a screensaver. The cake itself is chocolate sponge with real chocolate buttercream filling. Happy birthday, Cíarán!
