Horse Cake
Such a joy to make this cake - I just live working with fondant! This is a horse themed cake for Celia, a gift from her lovely friend, Julie. Inside there are 3 layers of vanilla sponge filled with fresh strawberry buttercream. Perfect summer flavours!
