Horse and Rider Cake
This cake features a young lady turning 13 with her favourite horse, Bobby! Inside there are three layers of 6" red velvet sponge with creamy vanilla buttercream. Everything is edible and the scene is set on its own board so that it could be kept and the cake served easily.
