Highland Cow Cake
Highland cows have been popular on cakes for a while and I finally got to make one! This was was for Lorna who not only turned 30 but got engaged too! The cake is 6 layers of 6" red velvet cake and the little hat is 3 layers of 4" red velvet all filled with creamy vanilla buttercream. Congratulations, Lorna xx
