Helen's 90th birthday cake
My favourite cake to make is one that truly captures the life and personality of the recipient. It's always a true privilege to learn about the special people receiving my cakes and this cake was a prime example of this. When Ailish contacted me to order a cake for her mum's 90th birthday, she had some fantastic ideas and I was only delighted to turn them into this creation.
