Harry Potter Cake
This was my first ever Harry Potter cake and it was something I have wanted to do for such a long time so when Avril contacted me about making one for her son's communion, I jumped at the chance. Making the models was such fun but difficult to choose which to do - unfortunately I couldn't fit on everything ... so the Sorting Hat, the Golden Snitch, Harry's wand, glasses, scar and scarf all made it on to the 8" chocolate biscuit cake.
