Golden Wedding Anniversary Cake
It's been a while since i made a burst cake but it seemed perfect for a couple celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. The cake itself is a 3 layer 8" vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream filling. Bursting out from the cake are white and hand painted gold stars to celebrate this amazing milestone.
