Fishing Cake
It is always a pleasure to be asked to do a first birthday cake after making the Christening cake some months before and this was the case with Elliott. The cake is a 4 layer 10" vanilla sponge with delicious chocolate fudge buttercream filling. The design is features a young fisherman in his boat, catching fish of all colours - and even a few starfish! Everything was made by hand.
