Whilst I've done many wedding cakes over the year, this one was my first entirely using dummy tiers. Dummy cakes are purely for display for couples who don't want to serve cake at their reception but who want a show cake for display and photographs. The cake is decorated with handmade fondant ribbon bow and simple flowers with a few olive green leaves for contrast.
