Donkey Cake
I was asked to make a cake for Bernard who was turning 65. Apart from his family, the thing Bernard loves most in the world is Joey, the donkey. So this is the design I came up with, Joey surrounded by his favourite foods, sitting in the paddock - oh, and also a bucket of water! Inside is a 9" luxury chocolate biscuit cake with a secret layer of Crunchies. I'm sure Joey would have loved a piece himself!
