Day of the Dead Wedding 

It was an absolute pleasure to make the wedding cake and dessert towers for this couple's marriage. The theme was the Mexican festival "day of the dead" hence the wedding cake topper. Shanta and Kristian wanted this part of the wedding to reflect them both so I combined skulls, Stone Rose's and elephants! The cake itself was 6 layers of chocolate sponge filled with rich chocolate ganache and then decorated with navy fondant in a ruffle design edged with gold.
