Dark Side of the Moon Cake
This is a special cake designed for a special young man, my eldest grandson, Michael. He has recently discovered Pink Floyd and his favourite album is Dark Side of the Moon. Inside there are four layers of moist chocolate sponge filled with real chocolate buttercream. Happy birthday, Moo xxx
