I made this cake for my brother-in-law who is a massive Dad's Army fan who celebrated his 50th birthday recently. The cake features characters from the show - Capt. Mainwaring, Private Godfrey, Private Pike and new recruit - Private Butler, the birthday boy himself! Inside there is an 8" chocolate biscuit cake. And Jones' van, of course! Happy birthday and "don't panic!"
