Chocolate Lover's Cake
Chocolate explosion cakes are always popular but this time I went a different route! The basket is an 8" square chocolate biscuit cake decorated with a fondant picnic blanket and filled with a selection of Leo's favourite treats. Of course, the perfect accompaniment to the bars is a cup of tea in Leo's favourite mug, handmade from fondant and, lastly, a miniature fondant cupcake, complete with birthday candle!
