Chloe's Cake

Here's a cake with all of Chloe's favourite things - popcorn, Minstrels, Twirls, Frank's Hot Sauce, lip gloss and Harvey the dog! Everything is edible, made by hand and sitting on an 8" chocolate biscuit cake! Happy birthday, Chloe!!!
