Canoe Polo Cake
I was asked to make a cake for James, who plays canoe polo, a sport I'd never heard of. Luckily his mum, Sonya, sent photos and links so I could learn all about it. This is the result - an 8" chocolate biscuit cake with James sitting in his canoe, scoring a goal. The net is made from edible lace and the ball, if you look quickly, appears to be in mid air. Such a fun cake to make!
