Bouquet Cake
Another retirement cake, this time for a popular teacher. Inside there is a rectangular lemon sponge sandwiched with zesty lemon buttercream and then draped with fondant. The bouquet is made from 16 handmade sugar-paste roses, complemented by trailing ivy and a fondant bow.
