BBQ Cake
I was just thrilled to be asked to design and make this cake. The brief was to include references to Mark's outdoor kitchen, his love of Bruce Springsteen, his beautiful children and his first born - the family dog, Lexi. Everything you see is edible and made by hand. The BBQ scene is on it's own aboard on top of an 8" luxury chocolate biscuit cake. Although Mark wasn't Born in the USA, he's certainly now in his Glory Days!
