Garden Cake
When gardener, Rob, celebrated his sixtieth birthday, his family organised this garden cake. Made from 3 layers of 8" chocolate sponge with real chocolate buttercream filling, it was the perfect base to build the fondant garden. featuring hundreds of flowers, a picket fence and a cobbled patio.
