21st Birthday Cake
This was a joy to make - a mixed interest cake for Odhran who turned 21 recently. All his interests were included on the cake which was made in the shape of Odhran's desk. The cake itself was four layers of red velvet cake with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream filling.
