This cake was for a very special occasion - Jamie's first birthday, which falls on his late granddad's second anniversary. The cake features the birthday boy himself, sat in his granddad's chair, reading the Leinster Express. His granddad's red stool is placed beside him and on it is another of granddad's favourite newspapers and his granddad's glasses. Of course, there are toys on the floor ready for Jamie, once he's finished reading that is!!! Inside, there's an extra deep 10" chocolate biscuit cake. All decorations are edible and made by hand.
